  • Floral Arrangement / Hand-Tie Bouquet What's the difference?

    An Arrangement is a composition created in a vase. A hand-tied bouquet is made without a vase wrapped in cellophane and tissue paper, to be placed in a client’s own container.

  • Do you have an Wedding or Event Minimum?

    No, couples typically spend up to 8-10% of their wedding budget on flowers. We understand that every budget is different.

  • Do you accept Walk-ins?

    All retail customers are welcomed. Any consultation is by appointment only. That can be made via email at info@monicachimes.com or phone at (914) 428-7212.

  • Are there any Hidden Fees?

    No hidden fees! Everything will be itemized in a proposal with a written description.

  • Do you have Wedding or Event Packages?

    No, we do not! Custom florals constantly fluctuate in price so do budgets.

  • If I don't have a venue booked can I still book a phone consultation?

    We don’t suggest booking any consult before booking your venue first. Venues have different styles and tables. One design may not be right for different venues.

Our Event Process

Understanding booking events may be a strain. We want you to feel educated and satisfied in purchasing your decor.

Below you will find a quick description of our normal event process.

Phone Consultations

All Consultations are appointment only. Please look online for inspiration and submit any picture to the email given to you. Consultations can take up to 60 minutes to complete.

Proposal

A Proposal is an itemized list outlining your event. Your Floral Designer will send out a Proposal to you via email. Everything discussed on the Phone Consultation will be explained in thorough detail in your proposal.

Review

You will book the Review with your designer; this will help you better understand your proposal. Your designer will make any substitutes or changes then.

Sample

After you have decided to secure your wedding/event with us, We invite you to our Showroom for a free sample centerpiece. You will sit down with your designer and discuss your timeline going forwards. For many clients, this is where your vision comes together.

  • Monica Chimes has a team of EXTREMELY talented florists and made my fairy tale wedding come true! I gave them a vision of what I wanted for my centerpieces, which included chunks of wood, lots of greenery, wildflowers, and fairy lights, and it was even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. The bouquets and boutonnieres came out lovely - again mostly all wildflowers with alot of greenery. We were all blown away with the quality of their work. A bit pricey, but that definitely comes with quality. Well worth it - 11/10!

  • Wow Monica and her team did an incredible job providing florals for my wedding. I wanted my wedding to feel like a whimsical garden highlighting cheerful summery colors. My bouquet was to die for and I loved the charming bud vases on the tables. It was definitely not typical blush and white but they really nailed my vision! They were easy to work with and checked in a month before to make sure nothing had changed. Most importantly they worked with us to stay inside of our budget which was so appreciated. I have to say that when you go for the more colorful vision, you never know exactly how it’s going to turn out but my mind was truly blown when I saw my flowers. It was everything I wanted and more.   • What an amazing experience working with Monica Chimes Floral! We used them for our son's baptism at Glen Island and were so happy that we did! I sent them an inspiration picture, and they exceeded expectations. Prices were reasonable! And everyone commented on how gorgeous the centerpieces were! They even decorated our cake to match the centerpieces! I can't say enough nice things about working with this florist!
