For Bianca and Stephanie's wedding at the New York Botanical Garden, color was part of the celebration from the very beginning. Their botanical-inspired invitations introduced a palette of romantic pinks, vibrant florals, and rich blue tones that would carry beautifully throughout the day.
Set against the Garden's iconic conservatory and lush outdoor surroundings, Monica designed a collection of florals that embraced the setting while bringing something distinctly personal to the celebration. From the softer bridal bouquet to the colorful ceremony and reception arrangements, each design introduced another layer of their wedding's personality.
A Softer Side of the Garden
The bridal bouquet brought together creamy ivory, soft blush, and touches of coral, creating a romantic contrast against Bianca's gown and Stephanie's tailored blue suit.
Full, ruffled blooms gave the arrangement its softness, while smaller flowers and fresh greenery introduced movement. The palette was intentionally gentler than the designs that would follow, allowing the bouquet to feel delicate and romantic without losing the colorful personality of the celebration.
A Ceremony Among the Greenery
With the Garden's trees providing a beautiful natural backdrop, the ceremony offered an opportunity to introduce a little more color.
An open geometric arch was accented with vibrant pink, coral, orange, and white blooms. The asymmetrical floral placement softened the structure, creating an expressive focal point without closing off the surrounding landscape.
Coordinating arrangements continued along the aisle, bringing the colors closer to guests and connecting the ceremony space through one cohesive floral design.
The result was bright, romantic, and perfectly at home in the garden.
Bringing the Garden Inside
As the celebration moved into the Garden Terrace, the floral palette took on a richer, more playful character.
Vibrant pinks, corals, oranges, and deep purples came together in abundant reception arrangements, creating a striking contrast against the white linens and light-filled interiors. Low centerpieces allowed the colors to spread naturally across the tables, while candlelight and soft violet lighting added warmth as the evening unfolded.
The floral-accented aerial performance brought another unexpected element to the reception, adding to the energy and personality of the celebration.
It was a beautiful continuation of the outdoor ceremony, with the same garden-inspired palette interpreted for a completely different atmosphere.

What we loved most about Bianca and Stephanie's wedding was how naturally the floral design reflected the different parts of their celebration.
The bouquet was soft and romantic, the ceremony was bright and expressive, and the reception brought all those colors together in a warm, lively setting.
